WHY CANCER TREATMENT CENTERS DO NOT INCLUDE EXERCISE AS AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE CANCER TREATMENT.

Although, many studies in the US and Europe are linking exercise with a better outcome for cancer survivors or people living with cancer. Hospitals and cancer centers do not have fitness classes either because doctors do not consider the part of the treatment or because there is no budget assigned to exercise that means that a crucial part of the  cancer treatment that is patients stamina, good attitude to improve quality of life and results.

As a cancer survivor and fitness professional, I had the experience of exercising during treatment and after surgery and understand the importance of movement in the tissue flexibility  of the affected area and overall physical and psychological health.
