Meet at the Beach 300 Ocean Front walk end of RoseAve (By PERRY’S restaurant)
Swim suit, towels ,water ,mat, water shoes (optional) , sunscreen, sun glasses

Start 9am with SAND CARDIO SHED drills , continue with CORE STRENGTH, PILATES ABS, SANDY LEGS, SANDY BUTTOCKS.
Break 20 min to change swimsuit, drink water or snack and recuperate energy.
(Optional)TREADING WATER DRILLS according to the group fitness level and ocean adaptation.

Note: Participants have to know(optional)how to swim even if the drills are done in shallow water. Participants can avoid this segment if they do not feel comfortable in the ocean.
