A nutrition expert is available for an hour consultation to go over your diet and habits together. Also, we can add stress management techniques session to reduce the causes of plateaus and withdraws on your fitness programs.
2-Cross-mixed: We combine different fitness techniques (i.e. Pilates, cardio kick, Aquatic training etc) depending on your interest and needs.
3-Multi-environmental: Includes training in different environments like a park, beach, mountain, gym, pool. This will keep you motivated avoiding plateaus.
4-Includes nutrition guidelines and long term lifestyle changes giving you the tools and self-empowerment to avoid self-sabotage and old patterns that are holding you back from your fitness goals.

Types of training & Sites:
a) In-Home training:
Attending a gym can be hard when your schedule is busy specially if its crowded at the time you have assigned to work out or you do not want people to see you working out. We can design a program to fit your schedule and needs to work out in your home and take all equipment needed to your place.
b) Training in Gyms and facilities: We are mobile and go where you are in different areas of Los Angeles.(Los Feliz, Glendale, Downtown, Hollywood, Beverly hills, Century City, Brent wood, Pacific Palisades). More than 15 miles from there will be a 0.50 charge per mile over.
c) Training in offices during the work day so you can relax at home.The company does not have to have a full gym, a small space or even a desk work out will help employees getting their work out though the day and feel energized and toned. Also See Corporate Wellness Services
d) Water training in pools with water equipment (weights, Bands and other equipment.) Combining the resistance of the water and different devices with a cardio workout that will increase metabolic rate burning fat and building stronger muscles without bulking up (from the inside out).
